I think this was a great post. Everyone should realize that even if you are stuck on some part of your business, it doesn’t mean you can’t blog regularly. I know AI do it to keep connected while I work through setting up my business. And of course I try to make it interesting, usually whatever is on my mind.

You know Mike, I think when people are stuck on something in their business they should blog about it as the help is out there: If people know you need it they will step up with suggestions etc.

I use the hurdle track, (and 4 options) whenever I’m faced with a problem and it really helps in solving them.

Great post and I hope many other aspiring marketers get to read it, will certainly help to make sure they don’t give up.
Good to hear from you and hope you too are well. Thanks also for the tips about the review sites on my blog. I’m testing out review sites for physical products at present and using various software tools for website analysis, article marketing etc to get the review sites ranked higher. It works but still in early days so yet to see how much revenue will appear for various page 1 rankings. I intend to write a report if it looks successful which then may be of interest to the internet marketing community.
I may have a look at review sites for digital products also and what you said about reciprocal marketing would certainly help so will bear it in mind.
Have been a bit busy with this and day job so not been very active with masterclass but once this project levels out will start to be a bit more active and sociable. Good luck with your own projects.

I’m glad that you liked the post and the advice given. Its advice that i have followed myself. We all need a little nudge at times and i hope that this post does just that Bill. I know that you don’t need a nudge at all Bill, but as we found some do.
Its because of my health issues that i felt qualified to write this post. There have been times when i’ve been sat in front of my PC in pain, with nothing coming to mind other than the pain. Short steps as and when we can take them will move us forward, all be it slower than most but moving forward all the same.

I know I have! sometimes we just let life get in the way of our Dreams! but without determination and persistance we will stay just where we are at present! We all need to push through the barriers we put in front of ourselves or even hurdles if you can jump that high!

Hey Barry, as always, you tell it from the heart.
It can be difficult to balance our lives and give time to the things we enjoy and the things we know we need to do. Sometimes the end of the day comes along and we haven’t packed everything into it that we would have liked.
When that happens I let go of what didn’t get done and take note of what I did achieve in the past 24 hours. Dwelling on failure to achieve something is draining. Reflecting instead on successes, no matter how small, is energising.

I fully understand your thinking Michael. Last year when i had to spend months on bed rest i began to beat myself up about falling so far behind on my course work, when my fellow students were moving forward. That was until i realised that i was slowly moving forward; i did have a product in creation, i was posting to my blog (not as much as i would’ve liked but content was being added), and i was keeping my ebay sales going.
Once i realised that i was achieving all of this i stopped focusing on the negative and gave myself a pat on the back for what i had managed to keep up with.
There’s a lot to said for PMA: Positive Mental Attitude.

What we must remember, is that we are in control and if we want something bad enough we just need to keep reaching for it until we have it in our hands. Losers are losers because they stop reaching.

First of all, the other Ed is an imposter, hes a spy from the tax office keeping an eye on you..the cad!
And secondly so am I, and the othe rthing we have in common is we both have multiple personality disorders, but enough about us, you know Barry I am in the middle of my second product production on blogging, that at the moment is on hold due to personal and listbuilding commitments?
However, as I steal time for this comment, I whole heartedly agree with linkbuilding to get your blog indexed well on Google, its one of the areas I will be covering.

I see the medication isn’t helping, maybe you both need to take it? The good thing about multi personality disorders is that you’re never left to fight it alone. Sounds like the start of a Sidney Sheldon novel doesn’t it?

Your post is an excellent timely reminder to me as I am just hitting the product creation stage in the MC. I have also just returned from 2 weeks holiday and have not been able to post very much in July.
Thank you for the brilliant prompt and great advice which will inspire me to progress. It is difficult to manage time effectively with work and home commitments, but I know I need to make time to visit the excellent MC blogs and to interact more with my fellow students.

I came to your blog during the 100 Comments Challenge and thought I’d take a look at this post too because it’s related to your Challenge post.
You’ve given some great suggestions for anyone who is struggling for something to blog about, and I agree that taking time to visit and comment on other blogs in your niche is a great way to find inspiration, meet people who share your interests and hopefully make new friends.

Hi Lynn, thank you for your comment on my blog. Sorry for the delay in my replying but as you know i had to go back into hospital for another operation. I’ve had 3 weeks in bed to recover and have now started to get up for a few hours a day to build up my tolerance again.
