Learn With Sally: All Good Things Must Come To An End
As many of you know earlier this year I won a place on the Learn With Sally coaching, and what a win it was
The coaching is absolutely fantastic and went a lot deeper and further than I could ever of imagined it would go.
Sadly last week was the end of the live call webinar’s and the completion of the course. Not that I’ve completed it yet
There’s so much to the course that I’ve been busy learning and applying, making notes then learning and applying some more but I still need to go over some areas and to make sure I’m getting it right and that it has all sunk in correctly
Regular visitors to my blog would have seen the transformation in my blog and the way I now apply myself and my new found skills.
As I’ve been going through the course work, learning and applying, I’ve used some of my new found skills in my posts to demonstrate them as well as creating my videos and showing you how the journey has been progressing, and what a journey it has been.
When I first started with Learn With Sally I spoke on the first webinar, for the first time, and when asked what my biggest fear was I came out with a stupid answer “my wife”. Since then I have spoke on nearly every webinar and even went on to co-host one, without any stupid answers
My Traffic foundations are now in place and working very well, with my traffic increasing, my Alexa ranking improving and the number of sites linking to me going up on a regular basis.
I now have a presence on the Social Media Networks, where I automatically send my content via Twitterfeed, which also brings me in free traffic
My video creation skills have improved ten fold and I’m now able to create all 3 types of video, screen capture tutorials, Power Point Presentations and me facing the camera.
I am now able to monitor my email marketing and drill down to see what emails are getting opened and which are not, allowing me improve on the areas that are needed. As well as being able to split test my email broadcasts to see which are working best. This is still an area where I need to improve but I do now have a good understanding of how it works.
I have an Instant Profit Machine in place, Triple Blog Traffic, which is also building my list and offers those that subscribe a free video, MP3 and eBook which will show them how to Triple their blog traffic using free resources.
I now have A Facebook Fan Page in place with my Triple Blog Traffic system. Again I need to apply myself a little more in this area and create further Fan Pages but again I now have an understanding of how these Fan pages work.
I have a product in the making through an interview I’ll be holding with Adrienne Smith. If anyone has any questions you’d like me to ask Adrienne please feel free to leave them in the comments on the post.
I now have a better understanding of how to attract and recruit affiliates to help promote my products. Which has come in really handy as I have a product that will be ready for launch in the coming weeks or maybe in the new year as I want everything to in place correctly.
If anyone is interested in helping me promote my new product please visit the affiliate page of Ease The Squeeze With Auctions and leave your details in the opt-in form and I’ll keep you updated. Don’t worry about being bombed with emails, this list is just for affiliates and news of my product launches. If you require a review copy of the product let me know once you’ve signed up
As well as seeing my own skills improve I have also had the pleasure of seeing my fellow students improve as well. They really are a great bunch of people that have also come a long way and offer each other encouragement and support in everything we all do.
My fellow students are:
Dawn Kay
Kathy Dobson
Ian Ieba
Nikki Stephens
Jacinta Dean
Jean Shaw
Nigel Yip
Michelle Lyall
Greg Taylor
Terry Conti
Fellow bloggers that joined later:
DeeAnn Rice
Kerry Russell
Igor Griffiths
Mandy Allen
It’s been really good getting to know them all and as I said we offer each other encouragement and support in everything we do and will continue to do so through our Facebook group, which is rocking.
So as you can see I’ve been on one hell of a journey with the Learn With Sally coaching, my skills have increased, I’ve overcome my fears and I know that the future is going to be brilliant. I’ve already been approached by two people asking to interview me, which was strange but I’m accepting both offers
I realise that whilst I’ve been detailing my journey in some of my posts I haven’t been passing many of the techniques on to my readers but I will be putting that right in the near future
I’d like to close this post with special thanks to Sally Neill and my lucky mascot Jade who picked my name out of the Daz box.
“Sally your coaching has been first class and has taught me everything I need to create success online. You’re an excellent teacher, a very inspirational person, you always bring out the best in your students and have helped us all overcome our fears, without swinging your size 3 towards our butts
It really has been a pleasure learning from you these past few months and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
My future really is in my hands now so sit back and watch it take off Sally, thank you x”.
As you know I love to read and reply to your comments so please share your thoughts about this post.
If you are suffering from fears holding you back please let me know what they are and lets see if I can help you face them.

Ah Barry, I know you’ll miss the live webinars but at least you have a wealth of information and can continue going back through the ones you may need to watch again. That’s what I really love about these types of training programs.
Implementation is the key now. You take what you’ve learned and you move forward by implementing it daily. I’ve worked with Sally and she definitely knows her stuff so I can only imagine the wealth of information she’s provided you all.
Congrats on coming out of your shell and facing some of those fears. Looks to me like you are a step ahead of me my friend.
Am looking forward to the interview. Until then, keep up the excellent work Barry!

Hi Adrienne,
I think I’m following you today, as you’ll no doubt see
Yes I will miss the live webinars, they’ve been great fun as well as a great way of learning and interacting with each other.
Implementing everything I’ve learnt is a must now Adrienne. My future is now firmly in my hands and I feel I have more than enough to carry me forward to the success that I’ve been craving. Sally certainly does know her stuff and like I said Adrienne, this coaching went far further than I ever expected
Wow Adrienne slow down there… I have a long way to go to catch you up my friend. I’ve seen your videos, tutorials and posts and would really like to able to carry out as much as you do.
I am also looking forward to the interview Adrienne and I am working on it this week so as to get my questions ready and prepare everything. I’ve just sent you a Skype request and will be following certain offers on your blog to check them out as well
Thanks Adrienne, catch you up very soon.

Barry
Hi Barry
I would say your blog is a definate improvement on the previous version. While it was never one of the many MC clones it obviously had it’s origins there.
Interesting post that begs the question – where do you consider you have learnt the most – the Masterclass Course or Learn With Sally?
Or are they two entirely different approaches to IM?
Personally, while I am glad I did the MC course, without which I would not have found my true direction, I have to say I have learnt far more from my techie friend Adrian. He has enabled me to make my niche technically superior to anything the competition can offer and hopefully I can benefit from that.
While I will shortly be closing my personal blog down to concentrate on the niche blog site, I will still be visiting my old friends blogs, which of course includes yours Barry.
Bill
Hi Bill,
Thanks Bill. I know exactly what you mean about the Masterclass blogs, they’re easy to spot aren’t they. While their content may differ the layout of the blogs are exactly the same. I saw that JT has opened a new blog and is now using the Flexibility theme that I am now using.
The two courses are quite different Bill but I have learnt more from Learn With Sally. Although I’m not knocking the Masterclass at all. The MC shows us how to get a blog online and then concentrates on creating a product, salespage, an affiliate page and then get the products on Clickbank.
I totally agree Bill, I am also very pleased that I done the Masterclass course. Without it I dread to think what I would (or wouldn’t) be doing now.
Adrian sounds like a good friend to have, he’s certainly got you buzzing on your new niche and has helped you find your direction
I can’t wait to see the launch mate.
Sorry to hear you’re going to close your personal blog Bill, I enjoyed coming over and having a rant now and then. I do understand why though mate
Best of luck with it all, please keep me posted as I’ve loved seeing you turn your passion into products.
Take care mate,
Barry

Hey Barry,
Sorry that I missed watching your amazing growth but from what I’m reading on your post, it seems that you’re taking giant steps towards something huge my friend so kudos to you on achieving so much already!
It’s no wonder that you have so many people commenting here as well, your writing is very clear and pleasing (I have to confess I was laughing a lot from your “wife” answer haha) so in overall, you have built a very cool place here for us.
I opened up a few posts that you were linking from this main article, and they seem at least the same or even more interesting than this one.
I think you just won another subscriber.
Have a great day and looking forward to that interview with Adrienne, such a wonderful lady and Internet Marketer too!

It sure feels like I’ve been taking giant steps since starting the Learn With Sally coaching Sergio and the blog is a whole lot better since doing so and getting better results.
I think most of us have laughed at my stupid webinar answer, all except my wife who wasn’t best pleased ha ha
Thank you for the compliments on my writing, it’s very much appreciated. I do have quite a few regular visitors who are very supportive in my work and comment on most of my posts, I’m very lucky in that way
I’m really pleased that you had a good look around and liked what you found Sergio and hope that you come back for more very soon.
Yes Adrienne is a great example of an Internet Marketer that conducts herself extremely well. She is certainly admired and respected by lots of people online.
Thanks Sergio,

Barry,
I have watched your growth as you have gone through Sally’s “Learn With Sally”. You have made so much progress and learned so much.
I almost bought the course and then didn’t as I thought that I had to much going to really do it but after the fact I decided that I need to learn this stuff also. So I bought the replays.
I do not get in on the live webinars which I regret but Sally is there to answer any questions I may have. I am really enjoying going though the course and hope to come out of it with as much knowledge and progress as you have.
You are really an inspiration for other bloggers.
Keep up the great work.

Hi Dee Ann,
Yes i really have been learning a lot through Sally’s coaching, it really was intense so I still have to go over it again to make sure it’s all sunk in
It’s such a shame that you didn’t get in on the course from the start, you would’ve really loved it Dee Ann and I know it would’ve got you over the fears you’ve mentioned having, (but still haven’t told me what they are…..hint hint).
I knew that you had bought the replays. How’re they going for you?
I know that Sally is there for you Dee Ann but you also have access to the Facebook group so you can ask any of us anything
We’re all very willing to help you out in anyway we can mate, OK? All you need to do is ask, no question is to small.
Here’s one for you…We were creating Power Point Presentations and I want to include a chart but I could only find one with 3 outer circles and I wanted four outer circles. So I asked in the group and got the reply… “Have you tried copy and paste?”
I hadn’t……it worked
Please don’t laugh that loudly Dee Ann
Keep going with all the coaching and if you ever need any help, with anything, you only have to ask
Arrr bless you Dee Ann, that’s a very nice thing to say “Thank You”. I’ve never been told that before and I’m touched, thank you.
Take care,

Barry,
I am so thankful that you all are there and I can ask questions.
Whats even better you all know all the answers now. lol
.
I do have fears. In fact I have several. Some I have faced. That first comment, which was on your blog, was a big one. How funny it is that something so simple causes such fear. I may have to go back and use my snagit to make a picture of it and frame it.
I do have others also though and am trying to face them.
I am learning alot form Sally’s course but am not going through it with any great speed. Do need to be sure I am getting this done.
Take care

Hi Dee Ann,
ha ha yes we know the answers now so do feel free to ask away
I understand about your first comment being a fear Dee Ann as we mentioned it in our comments last week.
Rather than take a Snagit image of the comment why not get a piece of paper out and write How funny it is that something so simple causes such fear as you said in this comment. Because as we overcome our fears that is exactly what we all think: How funny it is that something so simple causes such fear
Honestly facing our fears and working through them gives us a great buzz and allows us to move forward with confidence replacing the fear
With the course work Dee Ann, I would apply myself to a module a day if you can. I know that you have other commitments so as long as you’re doing what you can when you can you’ll get there
Best of luck with it all Dee Ann, you know where I am if you need me.
Take care,

Hi Barry
It’s really strange that we will not be gathering for the Thursday night webinars anymore I know we all looked forward to them; I know that we will all miss them!
But, that will not stop us coming together as a group and continue to support each other, as our LWS Facebook group; to use your words Barry; “Is Rocking” The group has been so supportive of each other and is always there to offer help and any assistance, they are an amazing bunch of people, and I am very proud to call them my fellow students and my friends.
Sally told us right at the beginning “We are going to be in for a hell of a ride” when we joined the course and boy was she right. The course has been truly amazing; very intense, very exciting and very rewarding.
It has taken our Internet Marketing to a whole new level, and like you I have learnt so many new skills. Some of which I still need to apply and some which I will be re-addressing.
I love your new blog look Barry; I can remember having some conversations with you while you were setting it up!
And you have taken your videos to a whole new level mate (they were already great and you know they have helped me a lot in the past) but now they are brilliant, filled with great content and excitement. The last one … “You’ve heard the voice, You’ve seen the pictures, Now meet the man” brilliant!
The future I am sure holds a very exciting time for us all Barry as long as we take action and implement what Sally has taught us, and you certainly have my friend!
Long may you continue to grow and reap the rewards and success you deserve Barry.
Thanks for all the help and support you have given me throughout the course mate I have truly appreciated it.
I wish you every success mate, catch up soon

Hello mate,
Yes, as Thursday approaches it’s getting to feel strange that there’s no webinar this week, or next or the one after……
It good that we’re still interacting on the Facebook group. To be honest mate, it’s my first port of call when I land on Facebook. I think it’s great that we can pick each other’s brains about other matters as well as help and encourage each other with any aspect of the coaching.
Sally wasn’t exaggerating was she, there’s been times when I’ve had to strap myself in Ian
Just picture that cattle truck going over a cattle grid, wouldn’t you wanna be strapped in
It’s been a fantastic journey, scrub journey and replace it with, Transformation and like you Ian, I also need to go over some of the training, learn and apply mate
I’ll never forget when we were setting the new theme up mate and the lengths we both went to, ha ha Pinkie and Perky made a comeback
and you nearly had me on it as well
Another thing I’m thankful to Sally for
Thanks for all the compliments Ian, likewise “you dark horse” your videos are starting to take off. As have all the students, but then that’s not surprising is it knowing what we know about those modules.
The help and support has worked, and does work, both ways Ian. Likewise you’re very much appreciated mate
Catch you up soon Ian, please give Evette my regards.
Respect and Regards,
Barry
Hi Barry,
I have not followed your journey, I wish I had, but since I came onto the blogging scene there have been a couple of people who inspire me to go higher/faster, and you my friend are one of them.
Every time you make a comment, whether on your own blog, or somebody else’s, you are encouraging that person
You are a diamond geezer, and if I can anywhere near your standards, I will be well chuffed,
Barry
PS Still smiling
Hi Barry,
Thanks very much for the compliments, much appreciated.
It’s nice to know that I inspire people and hope that I continue to do so Barry, I’ll do my best mate, thanks
In my book blogging is about helping others, as well as myself, to reach our goals. If I can offer anyone encouragement on my travels I like to do so and it does help build the all important relationships that we need online
Thanks very much for your kind comments Barry, they’re truly appreciated mate.
Glad to hear you’re still smiling and rightly so
Take care,
Barry
Barry,
Congratulations on finishing your LWS course. You were one of the lucky ones. I oh so wished that i had got on that course. You are so right, now you have to apply what you have learnt. So many people never get around to applying what they learn and just move onto the next wizz bang fix, hoping for quick success. I was thinking about that just last night.
Well done mate, speak soon.
Ed
Hi Ed, welcome to my blog.
Thanks for the congrat’s Ed, I sure do feel lucky. Especially as I won the place on Learn With Sally.
It’s a shame that you didn’t get on the course when it was released but all is not lost as Sally is soon releasing the course as a product
It’s a shame when people don’t use what they’ve been taught but that’s not going to happen around here Ed
There’s no fast fix for success it all starts with hard work and focus, then more hard work and more focus
Thanks Ed,
Take care,
Barry

What a lovely post and thank you for referring to Jade as your “lucky mascot” she always laughs when I tell her that.
Been reading through your comments and it’s obvious why people love you so much, you take time in your replies to your comments, not just a quick thanks etc etc, you actually try to help even further than you have in your blog post.
I am so very happy that both you and Nikki won a place in the coaching, neither of you “wasted” that place and put it to good use).
Was funny reading your blog post, like a lil blast from the past…

Hi Sally,
Jade is my lucky mascot and I’ll always be thankful to her, and you of course Sally
I always try to show the same respect in my replies as was left for me in the comments Sally. I feel that if people are good enough to leave decent comments the least they deserve is a decent reply.
Sometimes people need a little extra help, advice or maybe just a nudge to get them over a hurdle and i love it when I can do that for them. the feeling is so good that i try to do it as and when i can
The coaching was such a fantastic opportunity that is taking me, and Nikki, to a whole new level of Internet Marketing. How could we win such a great prize and not put it to good use? To do so would’ve been a waste and it’s such a shame that others didn’t grab the bull by the horn and run with it, I bet they’re kicking themselves and if they’re not now they will be some time in the future.
You know Sally, I was invited to take part in the 7 link challenge and when i went over my old blog posts I saw the journey you’ve taken me on and couldn’t help feeling proud of myself.

Hi Barry,
What a great summary of the LearnWithSally course, and what a great student you were, and indeed still are.
So many people make the mistake of stopping their education as soon as they leave school, but your brain is a muscle and if you don’t use it, you’ll lose it.
You’ve had your fair share of upsets in your life, but your willingness to use your brain power instead of your physical power, AND share your discoveries with others is truly inspirational.
