Part 6 of The Newbies Guide: Creating An Auto Reply Message On Outlook Express

Hello and thanks for visiting my blog.

Welcome to part 6 of ‘The Newbie’s Guide To Editing and Uploading Their 1st Website’ in which I will take you from the point of purchase to the point of uploading the completed website.

As YouTube will only allow a maximum of ten minutes per video I am showing you one task at a time, so this may seem a little slow but please bear in mind that this series is aimed at helping people that have never done any of this type of work before.

This Sixth video shows you how to set up an auto reply message on Outlook Express. So that when a customer makes a purchase and PayPal send you an email to confirm payment, Outlook Exress will recognise the title of the product purchased and automatically send an email with the corresponding download details.

I supplied you with email templates in my last blog post, hopefully you’ve been able to complete that section now. If not I will place the link at the bottom.

Now Test:
Once you have created all of your auto reply messages on Outlook Express pop over to your existing email account, (NOT THE NEW ONE WE MADE) and send yourself an email (to the new account on Outlook Express) containing the titles of each product, one at a time, to see that you do receive the auto reply and everything is working as it should be.

Please Note: If your existing email account was already on Outlook Express you will need to create another email account on hotmail or googlemail and send yourself an email as detailed above.

    im regularly wandering all across the web the majority of the working day and so I have a propensity to browse considerably, which unfortunately isn’t usually a good matter as a large amount of the web sites I view are made up of unnecessary rubbish copied from some other sites a million times, but I have to compliment you because this site is in reality readable and even delivers some authentic information, for that reason many thanks for removing the pattern of merely copying other folks’ sites, if you ever want to take up a couple of hands of facebook poker with me just send me a message – you have my email address :)
